Message frequency: Varies. Transactional messages are sent as needed for your service. Marketing messages are sent no more than 4 times per month.

• ServiceTitan: Our field management and CRM platform, which stores customer records, job history, and communication logs.
• Google (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager): For website analytics and advertising performance measurement. Data is anonymized where possible.
• CallRail / ServiceTitan Phone Pro: For call tracking and attribution to measure which marketing channels drive calls and bookings.
• Payment processors: For secure payment handling.
• Legal or regulatory authorities: When required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights.

All third-party providers are contractually bound to handle your data securely and only as necessary to provide their services to us.

We retain customer records for a minimum of 7 years to comply with Texas contractor licensing requirements and tax regulations. Marketing consent records are retained for the duration of the consent plus 5 years. You may request deletion of non-legally-required data by contacting us (see Section 9).
