Terms of Service

Comfort Land provides residential and light commercial HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) and plumbing services in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Services include but are not limited to repairs, installations, tune-ups, and maintenance plans.

All service appointments are subject to technician availability. We make reasonable efforts to accommodate scheduling requests but cannot guarantee specific appointment times until confirmed by our scheduling team.

We provide upfront pricing before any work begins. You will receive a written or verbal quote prior to repair or installation work. By authorizing work to proceed, you agree to the quoted price.

• Diagnostic fees apply and are disclosed before the technician visit
• Diagnostic fees may be waived when a repair is approved and completed
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made in writing
• Financing options are available through third-party lenders; terms subject to credit approval

Comfort Land stands behind its workmanship. If a defect in our labor arises within the warranty period communicated at the time of service, we will return to correct the issue at no additional charge. Equipment and parts warranties are provided by the respective manufacturer and are separate from our labor warranty. Warranty coverage does not apply to issues caused by misuse, third-party modifications, or conditions outside the scope of the original work performed.

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment by calling or texting us at (817) 405-4376. We ask for at least 2 hours' notice for standard appointments. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee as disclosed at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to technician availability, weather emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible in such cases.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a service transaction shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service at issue.
