SMS Terms of Service

You may opt into our SMS program by:

• Checking the SMS consent checkbox when submitting a contact or booking form on our website
• Verbally agreeing to receive texts when booking by phone
• Texting a keyword to our business number as prompted

By opting in, you confirm that: (a) you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided; (b) you are 18 years of age or older; and (c) you consent to receive text messages from Comfort Land Heating, Cooling & Plumbing at the number provided.

Transactional messages (sent as part of your service):

• Appointment confirmation and reminder texts
• Technician dispatch notifications (name, photo, ETA)
• Job status updates and completion confirmations
• Invoice and payment links
• Review request follow-ups

Marketing messages (require separate consent):

• Seasonal maintenance reminders
• Comfort Club membership offers
• Promotional discounts and special offers
• New service announcements

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text from us. After opting out:

• You will receive one final confirmation text acknowledging your opt-out
• No further marketing texts will be sent
• Critical transactional messages (e.g., technician on the way) may still be sent if you have an active appointment

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, and most major US carriers. Carrier availability is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile number and opt-in data are used solely to send you messages as described in this document and our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Our SMS program complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). We obtain prior express written consent before sending marketing text messages and provide clear opt-out instructions with every marketing message. We do not use automatic telephone dialing systems (ATDS) without required consent.

We may update these SMS Terms periodically. Continued participation in our SMS program after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
